Poems and Poetry

Three 4 and 20 Poems by P.K. Deb

Better to love and live
With a green banana leaf
As it dies and dries
But hangs till my demise.

We do smoke with cars
Look, how we rational are;
Blacken those plants and flowers
Which we planted with care.

Additional backbone and extra oil
Make us steady and greedy
To sustain our undue survival,
Otherwise, we were dead already.
